1. What is Plant Stem Cell?

It is the origin of plant vitality.

Plant Stem Cell (Cambium Meristematic Cells, CMC) is an undifferentiated cell which serves the origin of all tissues and organs in plant, enabling the plants to grow and regenerate for hundreds or thousands years, and produce unique phytochemicals to protect the plant from environmental stress.

2. What main ingredient is used in Gincell products?

All products in our Gincell series are using Patented 50-year-old Korean Wild Ginseng Stem Cells as its main ingredients. It is safe, test with standardized nutrient and enriched with Rare Ginsenoside to bring great health benefits to all.

3. What makes Wild Ginseng so great for health?

Wild Ginseng’s main active ingredients are a group of natural saponins known as ‘Rare Ginsenosides’. Wild ginseng is known as Panax ginseng. ‘Panax’ in greek means ‘A Cure for All’. It is recorded in traditional Chinese Medicinal book showing its variety of exceptional health benefits for all conditions. Therefore, Wild Ginseng is known as ‘King of Herbs’.

4. Is it safe for long term intake or Wild Ginseng?

Ginseng generally has a good safety profile and the incidence of adverse effects are minor.

5. I heard that over intake of Ginseng may cause headache or insomnia, is it true?

If consume cultivated ginseng less than 6 years which contain macromolecule ginsenoside (PPT), it may potentially cause uncomfortable body complication such as headaches, insomnia or fever. Yet, since we are using Wild Ginseng above 50-year-old, and with using our patented biotechnology, we are able to enhance our Wild Ginseng Stem Cells to produce Rare Ginsenosides in micromolecular size (PPD), which can be easily absorbed by our body and tested that they will not cause any body ‘heatiness’ at all.

6. Why some of Gincell products contain potassium sorbate or sodium benzoate? Is it safe to be consume?

Potassium sorbate is a kind of salt with antimicrobial effect to prolong shelf life of food or beverage by stopping the growth of mold, yeast and fungi. It was initially derived from the mountain ash tree, when the French discovered it in the 1850s. Sodium benzoate found naturally in cranberries, prunes, plums, cinnamon, ripe cloves, and apples.

Both are widely used as a preservative in food and drinks for the last 50 years and recognizes them as generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

7. Will Salaam products interact with my prescription medicine?

Salaam products are safe for consumption as food or dietary supplement. However, for certain people, some prescription drugs may have its interaction with certain food or ingredients. If you are currently on medication or under medical observation, please consult with your doctor or physician if you are concern about contraindications.

8. Is Salaam products safe for children or pregnant women?

Salaam products are general design for all who need a variety of natural nutrients from plants to supplement their daily diet in a convenient way. For children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, if you are concern about contraindications, please consult with your physician.

9. How should I store the Salaam products?

Our product should be stored at the cool and dry place. Avoid from direct sunlight to avoid degradation of active ingredients.

10. Why is the color or the flavor of the product not similar from different batches?

We are using natural ingredients which the color or flavor of the crops may differ from batch to batch depending on the season of harvesting. Yet, all active ingredients are tested with standardizing manufacturing procedures to ensure product consistency.
